Typing www.sydneyski.com.au/booking in the address field will produce a window allowing you to enter Login details.

 

Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the login button.


     

 

If you are a new user or have forgotten you password there is a link you can click that will prompt you for your first name, last name and date of birth.

 


Home Page

 

From the home page you may select from either:

 

Regardless of your whereabouts, you may select the home button  to return to the home page.


View Lodges

Select the Lodges button to view details of the lodges located at either Perisher or Thredbo:

Click either of the two links according to your choice:

 

 

Clicking Perisher for example, will display the following screen:

 


View Prices

Select the Prices button to view an up to date price list

 

 


My Details

To view or update your details please click the My Details button from the left hand menu:

This will display a screen similar to the below containing your details:

To update simply type within the text fields and press the submit button.


View Availability

Before making a booking (discussed next) it is always a good idea to view lodge availabilities. To view availability, click the Availability button from the left hand menu. This will display a screen similar to the below:

 

Viewing availability will not only help plan your visit, it will also ensure that making your booking is a simple process.

The legend in the top right hand corner of the screen shows us that the letter T indicates the Thredbo lodge “The Club”. We know it is a Thredbo lodge because the information to the left of this tells us so. The details in the main part of screen, shows that on Thursday the 1 st of July 2004 none of The Club’s eleven beds are booked, however Snowgums Lodge has one of its nine beds booked.


Create a new booking

To create a new booking, click the New Booking button from the left hand menu. This will display a screen similar to the below:

 

To make a booking:

 

  • Enter the Party Team Leader details in the appropriate fields and click the Find Member button. This will direct you to the next screen in the booking process. If however the party leader is not a member, please enter details within the bottom section fields and click the next button.
  • Enter the Party Member details. (Please refer to the screen on the following page titled Booking Form Continued)
    • Click here to add party members and select an accommodation area. This will produce the following:

 

    • Click the pencil to edit and or add an accommodation area. A similar screen to the above will appear.

 

  • Enter preferences including your booking dates and the location.
    • Clicking here will produce the screen below labeled “Booking Preference” (right). Enter the Date In and the date out in the appropriate fields. Clicking the calendar icon next to these fields will produce a calendar as shown below to help you select the date.  

    • From this drop down menu you may choose a preference for type of accommodation or the selected dates.

 

It is important to click the save button once you have made your selections. Once completed the Booking form will be updated with your selections and the cost. The following will be displayed:

 


The menu items to the top of this screen perform the following actions:

The Previous button: This will take you back to the previous page.

Save as Draft: This will keep a copy of your booking allowing for future amendment before submission (see View Current Bookings).

Submit Booking: This will send your requested booking details to SSC administration for confirmation.

Charge summary: This will detail how the prices are calculated, for example:

 

View Current Bookings

To view current bookings, click the Current Bookings button from the left hand menu. This will display a screen similar to the below:

To select a current booking simply click the link / name highlighted under the Leader column. Now you may update by clicking previous, save as draft, submit the booking or view the charge summary.

To amend a booking without having to complete the step above, simply click the pencil under the Edit column.

Looking at the Current Bookings screen you can see the booking’s status by viewing said column, the fourth across. In the example above the first is a draft meaning it may be amended and sent hence the pencil present under the Edit column. The other two are already allocated meaning they have been paid for and approved.

View Past Bookings

To view past bookings, click the Past Bookings button from the left hand menu. This will display a screen similar to the below:

 

 

As the booking system has not been launched as yet there are no Past Bookings to be displayed. The content, as with Current Bookings will be situated under the headings.

 

Booking Status Stages

To view the booking status flow, click the Booking Status Stages button from the left hand menu. This will display a screen similar to the below:
